2016-17 Lincoln Boys Choir Contract and Tuition
You will agree to having read the information below when you check out.
We understand we must commit to the choir for the ENTIRE year.
We understand my contribution to the group is important and I will demonstrate a positive work ethic at all times.
We understand that I when I am absent, I or my parent should submit the reason for my absence to the directors via the online absence form at lincolnboyschoir.org.
We understand I am required to attend the fall and spring performance and expected to attend all other performances.
We understand that I am responsible for my actions when on tour or at concert sites and if my behavior is not up to the standards of the choir my parents will be notified and I will be put on probation or may lose my membership in the choir.
We understand and respect the property of the Scottish Rite Building and will only be in the areas that have been granted to the choir.
We understand that we are expected to purchase the uniforms including white tuxedo shirt (with a plain white undershirt), black tuxedo pants and black jacket, black bow tie, black cummerbund, black socks, black dress shoes, red or black LBC polo shirt, khaki pants and a black belt. A red LBC sweatshirt is now optional, but recommended.
We understand that if formal uniform items have been outgrown that we will replace them with new items before an event where formal items are needed.
We understand that failure to comply with the guidelines set forth in this contract may result in suspension from major performances and competitions or possible dismissal from the choir.
We (parents/guardians) are aware that participation by choir members and their families will be expected in fundraising efforts and other support activities (concerts, committees, etc.), and we agree to fulfill our family obligation to the best of our ability.
We understand the $375 tuition is non-refundable and is due JUNE 1, 2016. If you need to apply for financial assistance, click here.
Since we are a nonprofit organization, we greatly appreciate the payment of full tuition by June 1.
If you need to pay in installments, the board of directors is generously offering the following payment plan for 2016-17:
$150 by June 1, 2016 to hold your place in the choir (New families - your first payment is due June 15)
$150 before or at the August 20 Workshop & Parent Meeting
$75 by December 1, 2016
Tuition payments may be made by cash, check or credit card. You will be able to choose an option in the form below. You may also select an option that lets us know you are applying for financial assistance. You will still need to print out the financial assistance paperwork and mail it to Lincoln Boys Choir Financial Assistance: PO Box 81154, Lincoln NE 68501.
