Registration and Application for Payment Plan OR Financial Assistance

Register and apply for payment plan, multiple choir member or  full or partial financial assistance.

You will use this form more than once if you have multiple boys in the choir who need to be registered.

The financial assistance and payment plan form is only for current members of the choir OR if you have been formally invited to join the choir after completing all audition requirements. 

Financial assistance is available for a wide variety of family financial situations and need including having more than one boy in the choir. Please let us know how we can help. 

Those receiving FULL scholarship assistance will also have access to gently-used uniform items at no cost.  If your needed sizes are not available, you will need to purchase new items. 

All information will be kept confidential. If you are eligible for free and reduced lunch through the public schools, we strongly encourage you to apply.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Lincoln Boys Choir  - Mark T. and Margaret Lowe Seacrest Endowment Fund
"Supporting Children in Need and Empowering Boys to Become Men Through Music"

The Lincoln Boys Choir  will award a limited number of funds to needy students based on the availability of funds to the Choir. Special circumstances, including having more than one boy in the choir may be considered by the scholarship committee. 

Recipients of the Lincoln Boys Choir  - Mark T. and Margaret Lowe Seacrest Endowment Fund funds are required to:

  • Complete the application for financial assistance consideration.
  • Be registered as a member of the Lincoln Boys Choir
  • Attend rehearsals and concerts
  • Participate in fund-raisers
  • Be current on all prior financial obligations, if any

PAYMENT PLANS
Those approved for payment plans will be sent a special link to make their partial payments. 

SELECTIONS OF RECIPIENTS
Selections will be based on member's overall choir progress and financial need and the availability of funds. 

NOTIFICATION OF AWARDS
Members will be notified by email of any award or denial. 

REVOCATION OF AID
The LBC reserves the right to cancel any funds or aid awarded at any time if the applicant fails to meet the standards of progress, any other requirements, or falsifies information reported.

If you have requested a payment plan, we will send you a special link where you can make payments.  If you have requested financial assistance, you will receive an email letting you know if you are approved.
