2019 Photo Night - Thursday, November 14

REHEARSALS WILL LAST UNTIL THE REGULAR DISMISSAL TIME FOR Chrorale and Cantare.
CONCERT CHOIR WILL STAY LATE FOR GROUP PHOTO at 6:30 p.m.
We like all boys to have their individual photo taken regardless of an order on photo night. All boys will need an order form whether they order or not.
Stop at the counter on the way into the sanctuary to pay the photographer's assistant (there will also be extra order forms).
Pay the photographer directly with cash or check. LBC is not collecting the money
Dress Code: Formal wear. Come dressed or dress at church.
New shirt orders should come with shirt studs. If you didn't get any, call Tip Top Tux. Wear a plain white undershirt underneath your tux shirts. Iron your tux shirt, don't wear it right out of the package.
If you lost your shirt studs, we will have a few extras available, parents please help your boys with shirt studs.
Stay dressed in formal wear throughout rehearsal. If you are leaving for sports, parent should stay to help you get changed.
CANTARE: Do NOT wear chevrons. The chevron has been discontinued as a part of the Cantare formal uniform.
Please note that each choir will need to either come early or stay late in order to accommodate the full organization photo.
5:00 p.m.- If you are able to come early for individual photos, please do so.
All choir members are welcome to take individual photos from 5:00-6:00 p.m. This does not mean that we will be done with all individual photos during this time. We will resume individuals after the group photos are taken.
5:15 p.m.- Concert Choir rehearsal, individual photos continue. All Concert Choir individual photos will be taken before 6:00.
6:00 p.m.- Concert Choir PHOTO
6:15 p.m.- CALL TIME for Chorale and Cantare (please be on time so we can start lining up and keep pictures moving along)
6:30 p.m.- LARGE ALL CHOIRS GROUP PHOTO
Concert Choir dismissed after large group. (approximately 6:45 p.m.)
6:45 p.m.- (approximate) Chorale PHOTO, Cantare rehearse in chapel.
7:00 p.m.- (approximate) Cantare PHOTO, Chorale rehearse in chapel.
7:15 p.m.- (approximate) Individual photos resume for Chorale & Cantare. Chorale & Cantare rehearse in regular spots until regular dismissal times.
It is important that we follow this schedule so rehearsal can continue as time allows between photos.
